After work pike fishing in Gudenaa

We had a super high tide that made us drift "upstream" in the river. Herik caught 'em all. I wont tell how many!

Fished Udbyhøj

Fished Udbyhø Syd after work with Christian Balsby. Beautiful day with 9 ´C and caught one greenlander over the shallows on a pink fly.

Fished Djursland. One "grønlænder" and a kelt on 70 cm that was released. Saw several scools of fish feed on flies that was blown dow from the banks. Great day with great spring weather - in february...

Met Henrik Leth (www.brakvand.dk) on a mild abd windy saturday for a minor expedition from Stevnstrup to Randers. The water was a bit more unclear than we expected - atleast I blame the water for getting skunked ;) Henrik ofcourse caught three with the biggest on film ( I excuse the quality - its just my mobile phone I use). We fished deep with heavy sinkinglines and big silver flash flies (20+ cm). Se also my photogallery for february for better quality pictures.

Fished one of the local lakes with Rasmus.

Met at 9 with rasmus at the lakeshore to discover that ice covered the water the first 20 meters out. But sun came out and we caught five pikes between one and three kilos.

Sun just came out. Soon there will be fish....

Fished Three hours with no luck. 10 degrees and full sunshine. Should probably have been on Randers Fjord. Going for the pikes in Ålborg area tomorrow.
